Return and Refund Policy

Croczilla’s every order is made just for you—crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. 

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help you through a simple and transparent return and refund process mentioned below. 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds 

You are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions: 

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • The product is returned within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you. 

Non Eligibility for Returns and Refunds 

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size/color/design. 
  • Minor variations in print, color, or fit due to the custom production process. 
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper use, washing, or wear & tear). 

Steps to Request a Return or Refund 

  1. Initiate a Return Request: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at support@croczilla.in 
  1. Provide Necessary Information: Share the following details with our team: 
  1. Order number 
  1. Clear images and videos highlighting the defect 
  1. Verification: Once we receive your request, our quality assurance team will review the information and verify the manufacturing defect. 
  1. Approval and Return Instructions: If the defect is verified, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to our designated return facility. 

Return Shipping 

  • For eligible returns, Croczilla will cover the return shipping cost. 
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Refund Process 

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving your returned product at our facility and credited to your Bank account Via the original payment method. 

Exclusions 

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds. 
  • Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. 
  • Products bought during a sale, giveaway and other offers will not be exchanged or refunded.
