- The policy does not cover exchanges due to incorrect sizing, wrong color selection, or any issues related to personal preferences.

- The request for exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date the product was delivered to you, as per the delivery confirmation.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Provide the following details :
- Order ID
- Description and images of the defect
2. Inspection and Approval:
- Upon receiving your request, our quality assurance team will review the submitted details and may request additional information or images.
- Once the defect is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Return and Exchange Process:
1. Returning the Product:
- Pack the product securely, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Ship the product back to us using the address provided in the confirmation email.
2. Inspection Upon Return:
- Once we receive the product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange.
3. Exchange Confirmation:
- If the defect is validated, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
- In the event that the product is no longer available, you may opt for a product of equal value or a refund.
Conditions and Exclusions:
- Products returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day window will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Products showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alterations will be disqualified from the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Products bought during a sale, giveaway and offers will not be exchanged or refunded.
