Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below are the conditions under which cancellations can be processed:
1.1 Before Order Processing
- Customers can only cancel their order before it is processed for production.
- To cancel your order, please visit the Orders section in your account or contact our customer support at support@croczilla.in
- If the order is prepaid, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
1.2 After Order Processing
- Once the order is processed for production, cancellation is not possible.
- You may opt for a return or exchange (as per our Return Policy) once you receive the product.
2. Order Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability due to stock issues.
- Pricing or description errors on the website.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions flagged by our payment system.
- Regulatory compliance issues or any legal restrictions on the sale of certain items.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/SMS, and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders
- If the cancellation is requested before the order is processed for production, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the order has already been processed for production or has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and customers must follow the return policy.
4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before they are processed for production.
- If an order is refused upon delivery without prior cancellation, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
